Usage Guideline

The research focus of CAi is fluorescence image spectroscopy, including fluorescence lifetime and anisotropy imaging microscopy for homo- and hetero-FRET measurements in living cells and tissues. Therefore two of our confocal set-up are equipped with pulsed laser excitation, a 4-channel, respectively 6-channel detection unit and electronics for time-correlated single photon counting (Picoquant and home-built)

Open to all members of the university and external researchers.
